**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Route Driver Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of environmental services and gain valuable experience in commercial route driving.
As a Route Driver Trainee, you will:
- Drive a box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines and sell products/services in a defined route
- Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses
- Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
**Responsibilities:**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner
- Following all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Obtaining a Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer service background
- Basic computer and math skills
- Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
