Your responsibilities will include :
Ensure Health and Safety compliance by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.Review work orders to ensure all necessary equipment is available and operational before job commencement.Inspect equipment and work areas prior to starting any job and correct deficiencies that may cause safety hazards.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.Complete all necessary paperwork, including service receipts, and submit them to designated management.Train Technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.Safely operate all necessary equipment and practice safety procedures at all times.Provide industrial services following established methods and applicable regulations.Manually clean, install, fit, and repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all associated equipment.Maintain cleanliness in work areas and check equipment at the start of each shift.Lead safety meetings and ensure adherence to company safety policies.Instruct, provide feedback, and assist the crew in meeting job requirements.Enforce company policies and ensure compliance during operations.Follow compliance regulations and guidelines from local, state, and federal authorities.Be on-call for emergency response every other week.Conduct site remediation, equipment decontamination, and safe handling of hazardous materials.Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in environmental field service operations, construction, or similar industries.Willingness to travel overnight 2-4 nights per month and be available for emergency response situations.Ability to manage project-related vendors and job documentation.Valid Driver's license.Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and management.Ability to work in confined spaces when required.Must pass background check, drug test, and physical as necessary for the position.Preferred Qualifications :
