Join Clean Harbors as a Field Service Supervisor!
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to oversee our team at the Gaffey Street S.A.F.E. Collection Center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule :
Monday to Wednesday : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Saturday & Sunday : 7 : 30 AM - 4 PM
Off Thursday & Friday
Occasional overtime required
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee technicians, ensuring effective operations.
Engage with residents during operational days, providing answers and support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the City of L.A., managing documentation, manifests, and shipments.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
Conduct training for team members on equipment operations and service line procedures.
Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance.

Qualifications :
Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, or similar industries.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
Ability to operate in confined spaces and carry out physical tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in industrial emergency response and Hazmat clean-up.
Previous supervisory experience in confined spaces.
