Responsibilities:
">- Influence design and oversee implementation of asset preventative maintenance cycles and repair programs.
- Drive continuous improvement of asset performance through failure analysis, PM monitoring, condition monitoring, etc.
- Assist corporate and regional management with lifecycle positioning decisions and strategic placement and logistics issues.
- Evaluate asset requests and recommend best solutions considering all options.
- Effectively manage asset disposal, including agreements and bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Provide expert asset management advice to key Maintenance, Management, and Operations staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
">- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Asset Management, Fleet Management, Service Management expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of entire MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
- Solid project management skills, effectively manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
