About the Role:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy duty equipment including forklifts, roll off trucks, and tractors
- Supervise and train technicians to ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot issues with fleet vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols
