About the Job
Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
As an Environmental Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in solving tough problems through innovation and proven methodology.
Your primary responsibility will be to operate a variety of Class A trucks, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs.
You will also be responsible for assisting field laborers when necessary and maintaining daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have no manual transmission restriction.
A Monday through Friday schedule is expected, with average start times of 6 am.
Somewhat frequent overnight travel may be required, with hotel and per diem provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when necessary
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Manual labor on site to ensure fulfillment of customer needs
- Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
