Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment, including Roll Off Trailers and Dry Vans, to transport waste and materials to designated disposal sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees and colleagues on safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate records, including driver logs, vehicle maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment and provide general maintenance in the field.
- Direct a crew of vacuum technicians and transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.
- Load and unload hoses, unload vacuum trucks at dump sites, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B license and relevant driving experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
