Clean Harbors ' National Remediation team is seeking Traveling Heavy Equipment Operators . As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will utilize various equipment including backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, screeners, and excavators. We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled operators but also willing to engage in manual labor when necessary.
Preferred Locations : Mid Florida or Tennessee.
Travel Requirements : This position requires 95-100% travel. The typical rotation is 6 weeks on a project (no weekends at home) followed by 1 week off.
Compensation and Benefits : Per Diem while traveling, individual accommodations provided in single occupancy rooms with kitchenettes, and prevailing wage and overtime available depending on job site. Enjoy consistent work throughout the year with substantial time off every 6 weeks to recharge.
Position Overview :
- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, compactors, and excavators.
- Work will occur either at a Clean Harbors facility or at customer locations.
- Travel is essential, covering all 48 contiguous states, with all travel expenses paid.
