The Industrial Safety Driver will be responsible for operating vacuum trucks or Rolloff trucks to complete single-task jobs requiring one crew as well as turnarounds with management oversight at client sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting, operating heavy machinery, and handling hazardous materials. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Operate vacuum trucks or Rolloff trucks safely and efficiently
* Load shipments onto trucks appropriately, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies
* Interact with customers regarding job status, client requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain a current driver's license, CDL Class A or B, and other requirements as specified by company driving policy
* Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste while operating company vehicles
Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license, CDL Class A or B, and other requirements as specified by company driving policy
* Experience operating a vacuum truck or similar equipment
* Working knowledge of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
