Job Description for Hydroblasting and Vacuum Truck Operator
In this key role, you will be responsible for safely executing jobs across various service lines, maintaining client relationships, and representing the company. You will also perform routine maintenance on company equipment, comply with safety policies, and work under extreme climate conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Safely operate hydroblasting equipment, including manual and automated systems;
- Maintain routine inspections of company equipment to ensure conformance to specifications;
- Transport personnel and equipment to and from customer locations in a timely manner;
- Comply with all vehicle policy and DOT requirements;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B license;
- Strong knowledge of emergency equipment operation, including fire extinguishers;
- Experience operating vacuum trucks;
- Working knowledge of wet and dry vacuums;
- Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment, including nomex coveralls, back belts, and hard hats.
