Job Responsibilities
The certified welder will be responsible for applying trade skills to a wide variety of welding, fitting, and custom fabrication tasks. This includes setting up welding equipment for procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and working independently and in cooperation with others.
Key responsibilities include performing GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW welding of joints, bolt-up valves, and other equipment using appropriate fall protection. Employees must also wear necessary safety equipment, including respirators when required.
