Clean Harbors is a leading environmental service organization that specializes in industrial hazardous waste management, parts-cleaning technology, and oil re-refining. We are seeking an experienced Instrument and Electrical Supervisor to join our team at our Kimball, NE facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, PLC Logic programming, and assist the electrical and maintenance departments to reduce downtime and ensure the facility's optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate records and logs as required of calibration checks.
- Install new systems and controls, including power wiring, electrical, and CEMS.
- Responsible for all aspects of the plant control system, HC900 PLC, Wonderware Intouch HMI, and Wonderware Historian (including programming), HMI graphics, troubleshooting, backups, documentation, etc.
- Installs cabling, power distribution systems, motor control centers, service and replace motors, lighting, and performs general electrical maintenance work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman's License preferred.
- 5 years of electrical experience.
- Proficient in blueprint reading of electronic schematics.
- Proficient in process and instrumentation diagrams.
- Proficient in PLC Ladder logic trees.
- Computer savvy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work off-hours and on an on-call basis.
- DOT Training.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to waist level.
- Climb up and down vertical ladders.
- Capable of reaching out, over, and down exerting a force.
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical.
- 10 pushups, deep knee squats, and sit-ups (to determine if fit).
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Punctuality and attendance required.
- Respirator fit test upon hire - clean-shaven face required (mustache okay).
- Background check, drug screen, and physical required.
