Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Control System Specialist to join our team at Clean Harbors in Kimball, NE. As a key member of our Instrument & Electrical department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility's control systems, including HC900 PLC, Wonderware Intouch HMI, and Wonderware Historian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of control systems, including troubleshooting and calibration
- Lead a team of 6-7 technicians in performing instrument checks and calibrations
- Collaborate with electrical and maintenance departments to reduce downtime and ensure optimal facility operation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Journeyman Electrical license preferred
- 2-5 years of electrical experience, with strong knowledge of process and instrumentation diagrams
- Proficient in PLC Ladder logic trees and computer-savvy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
