Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a safety representative, adhering to both company and customer safety policies, providing vital hands-on information about operations and emergency response.

Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment as needed.

Handle specialized equipment such as Ultra High Pressure pumps.

Effectively energize pumping and hydroblasting equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting tools.

Ensure surfaces are cleaned to meet company and customer specifications.

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment utilized for jobs.

Oversee a team of vacuum technicians.

Transport equipment and personnel to various job sites.

Complete pre and post-trip inspections and maintain compliance with vehicle policies and DOT regulations.

Load and unload hoses and vacuum truck at designated sites.

Perform general maintenance in the field and other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Ability to execute a complete head and neck movement and to operate hydraulic equipment safely.

Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights up to 200 feet.

Ability to function in confined spaces.

Must be able to hold 50 lbs. steady on the job.

Must be physically able to use both negative pressure and air-supplied respirators.

Experience driving heavy equipment for extended periods.

Must wear protective gear, including specialized clothing and equipment.

Adaptability to extreme weather conditions.

Willingness to work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.

What You Need to Succeed :

Relevant vocational training and experience.

Basic proficiency in English for safety training and emergency situations.

Valid CDL Class A or B license and compliance with all driving policies.

Knowledge of emergency equipment operation, including fire extinguishers.

Experience with vacuum trucks and a working understanding of wet and dry vacuum operations.
