The responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as a safety representative, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Operating manual and automated hydro blasting equipment.
- Using special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
- Examining surfaces cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
- Loading and unloading hoses.
- Unloading vacuum trucks at the dump site.
- Providing general maintenance in the field.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To execute a 180-degree rotary motion of the cervical spine.
- To hold and operate a double trigger hydro blast shotgun and other hydro blast equipment with both hands.
- To climb ladders and work from scaffolding and stationary platforms up to heights of 200 feet.
- To tolerate and function in confined spaces of a minimum of five (5) foot inside diameter.
- To hold the back thrust of 50lbs. on a straight 66" pipe for a minimum of one (1) hour.
- To wear protective clothing and/or equipment, including a respirator when required.
- To work under extreme climate conditions.
