About the Role: As an Over-the-Road Class A Dry Van Driver at Clean Harbors, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe transportation of hazardous waste and non-hazardous materials across the country. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor trailer units and other vehicles in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secure the loads
- Placard vehicle in accordance to Company and DOT requirements/regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 12 months of Class A driving experience, HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, and the ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
