JOB DESCRIPTION
Clean Harbors seeks a safety-conscious OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator for this route from New Jersey to Ohio, averaging 2700-2900 miles per week.
About the Role:
- Average annual compensation of $200-250K
- Bi-Weekly home time
- The compensation package includes all on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Operate tractor trailer units
- Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of the units
- Properly load and unload hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Secure the loads properly
- Placard vehicle according to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
- Maintain daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports
Qualifications:
- Class A CDL
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
- 12 months of Class A driving experience
- Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
