About the Role:
Clean Harbors is a leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services in North America. We are seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety-conscious team in Massachusetts. This route runs from Braintree, MA to El Dorado, AR, averaging 2500-3000 miles per week.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company that prioritizes health and safety. You will operate tractor-trailer units, adhering to weights and ensuring proper utilization of the units. Additionally, you will ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste, properly securing the loads. Placarding the vehicle in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations is also a key responsibility.
You will maintain daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports. This role requires a Class A CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, and at least 12 months of Class A driving experience. Proficiency in required technology such as mobile applications and computer software is also essential.
