Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver for their safety-conscious team. This route spans El Dorado, AR to Midwestern States (OH/MI/IL/MN) and averages 2,500-3,000 miles per week, requiring 10-14 days out.
About the Role
- Drivers average $80-$110K per year.
- $7,500 sign-on-bonus available.
- Bi-weekly home time.
- Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay.
Key Responsibilities
- E nsure Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
- Operate tractor-trailer units and other vehicles.
- Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of units.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; properly secure loads.
- Placard vehicle according to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations.
Requirements
- Class A CDL.
- 12 months of Class A driving experience.
- HAZMAT and TANKER endorsements.
- Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
