Clean Harbors is seeking an experienced Instrument & Electrical Lead to join our team at Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration unit.
This professional will be responsible for leading a team of 6-7 technicians and ensuring the facility's optimal working condition through hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, PLC Logic programming, and assistance to electrical and maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform instrument checks and calibrations to ensure accurate readings.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with electrical and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Lead a team of 6-7 technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation work.
- Strong understanding of PLC logic programming and control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
