We are seeking a Sales and Service Route Trainee to join our team in Midland, TX, who will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through comprehensive training and tuition reimbursement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and generating leads for new business opportunities.
- Completing daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
- Collecting payment and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
Awareness of regulatory requirements, ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
