Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, .NET , and database technologies to join our Digital Platform Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing robust, scalable, and secure applications across the full stack. This role is critical to building innovative digital solutions and enhancing platform capabilities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular for frontend and .NET (C# / .NET Core) for backend services.

Database Management : Create and optimize database schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity and performance using SQL Server or equivalent database systems.

API Development : Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support platform functionalities and integrations.

Code Quality & Performance : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices, optimizing application performance and security.

Troubleshooting & Debugging : Diagnose and resolve issues across the entire stack to ensure smooth functionality and user experiences.

Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentorship & Leadership : Provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field; Masters or equivalent experience is a plus

6 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Frontend : Expertise in Angular with experience in TypeScript and Angular Material.

Backend : Strong experience with .NET (C# / .NET Core) for building APIs and web applications.

Database : Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) with experience in schema design and query optimization.

Development Tools : Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure would be plus

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Knowledge of modern UI / UX design principles and tools.

Problem Solving : Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Organizational skills.
