Join Our Team as a Product Specialist!
As a Product Specialist within our Blended Oil Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential technical support across various functions. This includes developing and testing innovative products, offering field support, facilitating corporate training programs, and assisting with bids and product comparisons to aid our ongoing growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive training materials for all blended lubricants.
- Collaborate in creating training modules for the MOS / AM / OSSR facilitated by our Clean Harbors training team.
- Contribute to the development of initial training content.
- Support research and development through laboratory blends and analysis.
- Provide guidance on the technical aspects of product data and specifications.
- Conduct competitor product comparisons and assist in bid product crossover initiatives.
- Prepare training documentation for new products, markets, and applications.
- Assess customer needs for extended technical projects.
- Assist in expanding our Fleet Team and increasing market share.
- Offer resources for generating technical data in support of KPP marketing efforts.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
