**Job Description**
We are seeking a Director of Transportation Compliance to oversee and manage our transportation compliance programs across all business lines. The ideal candidate will have experience with DOT/TDG, FMCSA, FRA, RCRA regulations and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of staff and development of overall business strategies for the transportation compliance group
- Interpretation and implementation of federal, state, provincial, and company regulations and policies
- Technical support on transportation-related matters to various business lines
- Analysis of company carrier performance scores and identification of areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years leadership experience required
- Experience with regulatory affairs and compliance preferred
