Job Responsibilities
As a CDL Driver and Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating vacuum trucks and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient execution of jobs. You will supervise and complete single-task jobs, requiring one crew member, and perform turnarounds with management oversight at client sites. This role also involves acting as a safety representative, responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures both within the company and on client premises.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Class A or B CDL License with no restrictions. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of English, enabling you to comprehend safety training and respond effectively in emergency situations. Experience operating vacuum trucks and knowledge of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers, are essential. You should also be familiar with the operation of wet and dry vacuums.
