We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible and detail oriented. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Clean carpets and perform floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
• Manage kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning appliances, and ensuring food preparation areas are sanitized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their cleaning preferences and needs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
• Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Skills
• Experience in custodial work or hotel cleaning is preferred but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning products and equipment is beneficial.
