Job Summary : As the Assistant Store Manager you are responsible for supporting the Area Manager in operating a Clean Juice location. These responsibilities include : guest satisfaction, COGS and Labor management, scheduling, team development, local marketing within your community through event sponsorship, product sampling and Juice Booster networking. Additionally, you are responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive store culture while building a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within our brand. Above all, you must intimately understand that our guests are the foundation of our business and our Juiceristas are the heartbeat!
