- Hourly Pay : $14-$16, based on experience
- Work Schedule : Requires availability from 7 : 30 AM to mid-afternoon, Monday through Friday (open availability preferred)

Your day will include :
Laundry Processing & Delivery : Pick up and deliver laundry orders in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Hiawatha areas using our company van. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and pack customer laundry orders.Customer Interaction : Greet customers, assist with laundry machines, and answer questions with a positive, customer-first attitude. Ensure customers have a fantastic experience every time they visit.Store Maintenance : Keep the store sparkling clean and ready for use, restock supplies, and support daily operations.Other Duties as Assigned : Flexibility is key! From helping with in-store tasks to supporting operational needs, every day will be different.What We're Looking For :
Self-Starter : You work well independently and take pride in getting things done with minimal supervision.Detail-Oriented : Whether folding clothes or ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, you have a sharp eye for detail.Customer-Focused : You love helping others and strive to provide the best possible service.Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks that include bending, squatting, and occasional use of step stools.Experience : Retail experience, especially in apparel, is a plus, but not required.What's in It for You?
