Join Our Team at Clean Laundry – Part-Time Customer Service Attendant
Are you seeking a flexible, part-time cleaning opportunity with a great company? We are currently looking for individuals to provide excellent service and support to our customers at Clean Laundry. This part-time Customer Service Attendant role offers 15-18 hours per week and could be just what you're looking for!
Open availability is preferred.
Compensation:
Earn $14-$16 per hour while playing a key role in delivering a unique laundry experience at our Mesa, AZ locations. We are hiring for shifts at our 1130 S. Country Club Dr. Mesa, AZ location and our 318 E. Brown Rd., Suite 101 Mesa, AZ location.
Your Work Environment:
As a laundry attendant, you'll work in a retail-oriented setting where you will regularly interact with customers and use various equipment, such as washers, dryers, change machines, and tablets. You will also handle cleaning chemicals and laundry detergents, and should be aware that noise levels may occasionally be elevated.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
- This position requires constant movement, including repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- You will occasionally need to ascend and descend step stools as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Promote and explain all Clean Laundry services to customers.
- Assist customers with laundry machines, app usage (if applicable), and payment centers.
- Support daily operational tasks, including ordering supplies, cleaning and maintenance, restocking, and more.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
