We're seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our team at the Overland Park, KS locations. In this key role, you'll play a direct part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our facility operates smoothly.

What You'll Do :
Drive Store Success : Help us increase store revenue and customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Handle Bookkeeping & Supplies : Assist with inventory, supplies ordering, and keeping accurate records.
Facility Care : Ensure our store is spotless , comfortable, and welcoming for all customers.
Customer Experience : Offer friendly, timely service and resolve any issues that may arise to keep customers happy.
Mechanical Maintenance : Use your mechanical skills (or learn them!) to help maintain equipment and keep everything running smoothly.
Team Player : Help out with any other tasks that contribute to the overall success of the store.
What We're Looking For :
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A passion for learning new things —especially when it comes to mechanical maintenance and business operations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a great customer experience.
Previous experience in managing funds or inventory tracking is a plus!
Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends .
A desire to make a positive impact on the community and create raving fans out of customers!

Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive pay : $17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Flexible hours – Part-time position with scheduling flexibility.
