Our Toledo, OH team is looking for an energetic addition to support our customers as a Clean Laundry Customer Service Attendant. Earn $13-$15 per hour while playing an integral role in creating a truly unique laundry experience!
Requires night and weekend availability, open availability is preferred.

What You'll do :
We are looking for individuals to help support our customers for 12 - 15 hours per week.
If you like variety and keeping busy and this role could be just what you need! You will operate as a laundromat cleaning attendant, a Clean Laundry Express driver and a Clean Laundry Express order processor!
This position functions within a retail-oriented setting and a delivery van setting around the Toledo, OH areas. It necessitates frequent interaction with customers and various equipment, including washers, dryers, change machines, and tablets.
In this role, you may pick up and deliver customer laundry orders to and from the Laskey, Toledo, OH Clean Laundry location using our company van. Then you will sort, wash, dry and fold customer orders, complete invoices for orders and bag up orders for delivery.
Employees will come in contact with standard cleaning chemicals and laundry detergents
Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements to complete required cleaning tasks
Must occasionally ascend and descend step stools as required for job duties
Provide an excellent customer experience to guests that includes keeping the store sparkling clean and ready for customer use
Greeting them and engaging with them in a positive way during their visit
Promoting and explaining all services provided at Clean Laundry
Assisting with laundry machines, app (if applicable), and coin machines and payment centers
Support daily operational needs including ordering supplies, cleaning and maintenance, restocking and more
Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for :
Proven ability to work unsupervised – self motivated
High attention to detail - especially when folding clothes!
Apparel retail experience a plus!!
Individual to help create a comfortable environment where the customers feel welcomed
Individual committed to accelerating the growth of the company
Customer focused - Customers are well cared for and responded to quickly
Ability to lift 30lbs

Pay for this role will be $13 - $15 per hour depending on experience and will support our customers for 12-15 hours per week .
Must be 18 years of age for employment with Clean Laundry.
Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and Motor Vehicle Records check.
