The Clean Machine (www.cleanmachineinc.com) is currently seeking a reliable Customer Service Cashier, with a strong attention to detail, to join our team in Belleville, Illinois. We have two cashier positions available and are seeking individuals who embrace our mission of providing superior service.

About Your Role

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for a variety of duties throughout the location, but your main duty is performing cash/credit and check transactions and handling customer inquiries. This can be a physical job that requires standing for extended periods of time, kneeling, and bending. It is important that you are ready to get in a good work out each day in this fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

· Enthusiastically promote and sell our cash wash services and memberships while working to build repeat customers through exceptional customer service

· Perform general cleaning and stocking in our lobby (sweeping, cleaning windows, wiping counters, filling drink cooler and shelves, etc.)

· Ensure equipment is well-maintained and serviced as needed

· Deliver exceptional customer experience through positive interactions and handling all inquiries with the utmost care

· Follow all safety policies and procedures while reporting any safety incidents immediately

· Complete additional tasks as required to upkeep business location

Your Qualifications:

· Talented in working cohesively as part of a team

· Demonstrated pride in your work

· Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for entire work shifts

· Strong customer service skills

· Management experience a plus

· Must be 16 years or older

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours of Operation: Monday – Wedneday 8:15a.m. - 5:30p.m., Thursday - Saturday 8:15 a.m. – 6:30p.m., Sundays 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: Starting at $15.50/hr
