Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor care when necessary.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation as required by clients, ensuring kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness across all assignments.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
