This role involves capturing dynamic, upbeat photos of our projects and team members in action for advertising and social media purposes.

Position Summary: As a Full-Time Construction and Landscape Photographer at Clean N Green & Clean Custom Concrete, you will be responsible for documenting our projects from start to finish. You'll take engaging, high-quality photographs that showcase our work, team, and brand for use in social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotional content. Your role will help us create a modern, energetic, and professional online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Photography: Visit job sites across Berea, Ohio, and surrounding areas to capture both candid and posed photographs of our team, projects, and finished work. This includes everything from lawn care and landscape installs to driveway concrete and decorative concrete projects.
• Content Creation: Produce fresh, engaging visual content for use in social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing platforms, highlighting both the beauty of our completed projects and the professionalism of our team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure your photography aligns with our brand’s style and campaign objectives, ensuring the content reflects our upbeat, modern, and dynamic tone.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring it's always ready for use and in good working condition.
• Post-Processing: Edit and enhance photos to meet company standards, ensuring they are visually compelling, clear, and polished for marketing use.
• Scheduling: Coordinate with project managers to ensure photography sessions are scheduled efficiently with minimal disruption to ongoing work. Be flexible to adapt to job site timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while on construction sites, ensuring your safety as well as the safety of the team around you.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimal experience is required, but a solid understanding of photography techniques and an ability to work with professional equipment is essential. A background in construction or landscape photography is a plus, but we’re looking for someone with a good eye and a passion for capturing great photos.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital photography equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, etc.) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Ability to work with both natural and artificial lighting.
• Creativity: A creative eye for composition and storytelling, capable of capturing compelling photos that convey the energy and quality of our work.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to get the best photos while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Organization: Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Education: A degree or certification in photography or a related field is preferred but not required, as long as the candidate has a solid portfolio that demonstrates their skills.

• Location: This role is based in Berea, Ohio, with travel to various job sites in surrounding areas.
• Work Environment: This is an outdoor, hands-on role that involves working in various weather conditions. You should be comfortable in an active and sometimes physically demanding environment, especially on construction and landscaping job sites.
• Equipment: The company will provide necessary photography equipment, but you should have a basic understanding of how to use professional cameras and editing tools.
