Cleaning Associate - residential house cleaning

PART TIME POSITIONS – FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Detailed house cleaning, personalized to each client including but not limited to; tidying, dusting, vacuuming, wiping floors, occasional lifting of light furniture, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, making beds and some laundry. Our clients are personally interviewed to ensure a pleasant, safe, and professional work environment.

Partner with supportive work colleagues while maintaining independence while you work

2 - 3 houses per day, 8:30am - 5:30pm

2 - 4 days per week, Monday - Friday

We supply our teams with all supplies - FREE OF CHARGE

LOCATION

· Varies (Main office, Plymouth)

· Area of service: West Metro and South Minneapolis

WAGE

· Competitive starting hourly rate

· Wage increase within 2 – 6 months of employment

· Paid drive time, mileage reimbursement & tips

· Bonus at 1 year of employment and for hiring referrals

· Paid time off

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Valid driver’s license

· Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance

· Smartphone (to download scheduling app)

· Clean criminal background check and safe driving record

· Reliability and consistency in your schedule

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely

· Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day housecleaning

· Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, climb (steps and step stool)

· Ability to sit while driving between account locations

SKILLS

We are looking for professionals who are positive, detail oriented and who enjoy cleaning. An ideal candidate is someone who can work both independently and with a team, providing both support and clear communication in order to get the job done well. We value honesty and dependability - these are non - negotiable! We also value prior customer service as well as a growth mindset for continued learning!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
