We are currently searching for a reliable customer-oriented Resident Ambassador for our luxury high-end apartments and condos properties in the DMV area. Our ideal candidate tends to resident needs and ensure exceptional service with a confident, patient, and helpful attitude.

Job Skills / Requirements
General Responsibilities

 Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, or clients with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Handle requests for information, services, or assistance promptly and efficiently.
Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, or clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Relay messages, provide updates, and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
Task Coordination:
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, or other services to fulfill residents' or guests' needs.
Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve complaints or concerns from residents or guests.
  • Escalate issues to management if necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Security and Safety:
  • Monitor entryways and report any suspicious activity.
  • Assist in enforcing safety and security protocols within the premises.
Administrative Duties:
  •  Maintain logs or records of requests and services provided.
  • Manage keys, mail, and packages for residents or guests.
Emergency Assistance:
  • Provide support during emergencies by coordinating with first responders and assisting residents or guests as needed.
  • Ensure that emergency contact information is up to date and accessible.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Phone etiquette skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • A customer-centric approach and a focus on building professional relationships.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with a strong attendance history
  • Ability to work flexible hours
