We are looking for highly motivated individuals to support project financing activities in a dynamic and growing industry. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in financial modeling, engaging with capital providers, managing due diligence, and coordinating presentations of proposed transactions to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will have project management responsibilities as projects approach financial close, overseeing budgets and schedules as they near completion.

This position offers exposure to various project workstreams, providing valuable insights into the successful execution of large-scale projects. You will be part of a lean, flat team where your contributions will be directly impactful, with opportunities for rapid career development and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze project investment opportunities, assessing financial returns and identifying key drivers of project value.
  • Prepare and manage financial models for project financing transactions.
  • Lead deal execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and identifying risks that could affect project economics.
  • Create and present materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executives and financing partners.
  • Oversee project diligence and transaction timelines, working with both internal teams and external parties.
  • Collaborate on financing and M&A opportunities for the organization.
  • Work with internal experts to address tax, accounting, financing, structuring, and legal considerations in project finance.

Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree (MBA or other graduate degrees a plus).
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance or a related field, with experience in large-scale projects or investments.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and quantitative skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions, both within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Desire to learn and advance within the organization.
