Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Regularly inspect and maintain all areas, reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.
- Strictly adhere to all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Actively participate in scheduled deep cleaning projects.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proactive work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred, though not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and twisting, involving weights of no more than 20 lbs.
- Proven reliability and punctuality, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
