Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas, such as restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all areas, promptly reporting any issues to the management team.
• Adhere strictly to safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Engage in scheduled deep cleaning projects to ensure thorough cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is recommended, but not required, as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina required for manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and twisting up to 20 lbs.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a profound sense of responsibility and professionalism.
