Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas, such as restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all areas, promptly reporting any issues to the management team.
- Adhere strictly to safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Engage in scheduled deep cleaning projects to ensure thorough cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is recommended, but not required, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina required for manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and twisting up to 20 lbs.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a profound sense of responsibility and professionalism.
