Job Summary:
The business development rep is pivotal in the oversight of ground marketing programs and services to prospective referral sources and securing new patient referral relationships for our programs. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining positive, effective, and helpful relationships with all referral partnerships. This position is also tasked with helping the DBD maintain a positive and effective staff environment. This position is responsible for the territory of Florida.
Responsibilities:
1. Document all business development related activities in the customer relations management system, Sales
Force.
2. Designate follow up tasks for new business development relationships.
3. Develop new relationships with hospitals, EAPs, unions, crisis centers.
4. Execute the annual business development plan distributed by Director of Business Development.
5. Participate in healthcare related conferences and events.
6. Participate in Clean Recovery Center related activities that may include current or past patients of Clean Recovery Centers.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in the field of substance use disorder field. Must be computer literate. On the job training is offered. Driving is required.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
