The Site Director of Operations is responsible for managing the overall business operations of the site to ensure seamless functionality and high standards of performance. This role oversees staff supervision, facility maintenance and improvements, budget management, and client services. The Site Director plays a critical role in coordinating and providing for the transportation, housing, and care of all clients while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate site staff to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Facility Oversight and Maintenance:
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and improvements.
- Coordinate regular inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services.

Budget Management and Reporting:
- Develop, monitor, and manage the site’s operating budget.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Oversee all aspects of client care, ensuring their housing, transportation, and general needs are met.
- Address client concerns and ensure services align with their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
