We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our HR team and recruit top-notch talent by managing our hiring process. In this role, you will run the end-to-end recruitment process for our frontline roles, from creating job descriptions and posting them online to interviewing candidates and selecting the best person for the job. You will also work closely with the hiring manager to assist with candidate selection and onboard all successful candidates into the company.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare a long-term recruitment strategy and plan that aligns with our business mission and vision.
- Draft job descriptions and required qualifications for all current and potential roles.
- Organize all candidate data into an applicant tracking system and update it regularly.
- Communicate with shortlisted candidates to keep them up to date at every point in the hiring process.
- Work with the line managers and hiring managers to hire the most suitable candidate.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process using performance metrics and analytical tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and industry practices
- Experience using recruitment software, such as really, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Paycom
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- An overview understanding of the H2B visa program process
