Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Maintain and track all equipment within the company. We provide window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services so all maintenance is related to these services and this position will also manage tracking equipment, signing it out to people and confirming it is returned in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track equipment
- Maintain and repair equipment including vehicles
- Document repairs and maintenance.
- Inventory of supplies and equipment
Qualifications:Experience:
- 2 years of maintenance experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined
- Organized
- Self sufficient
Additional Requirements:
- Pass criminal Background check with no felonies
- Clean Driving record
- Tow trailers
Work Environment:
- Small shop and work in the field
- This position will report to the office/ Shop each day at 6:00am for an 8 hour shift.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $22.00 per hour
- Upon completion of probation 1 week PTO
- Upon completion of probation ½ of medical insurance premium
- Upon completion of probation 100% match of 401 K

- Equipment Tracking:
- Monitor and log the usage and location of all equipment.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained for easy access and reporting.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for reference and audits.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Replenish stock as needed to ensure all necessary tools and parts are available for ongoing operations.
- Vehicle Stocking:
- Ensure vehicles are stocked with necessary first aid supplies, insurance documents, and gas cards.
- Regularly check and replenish vehicle supplies to ensure readiness for any situation.
- Property Maintenance:
- Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the office property.
- Perform or coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks for office facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs.
- Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Trash Management:
- Ensure that trash is collected and placed out on the street for pickup on scheduled days.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office’s waste disposal areas.
- Security and Safety:
- Report any unauthorized vehicles or motorhomes on office property to management.
- Inspect employee vehicles to ensure safety and report any concerns.
- Ensure all company vehicles are properly locked and secure at the end of each day.
