What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Associate (Mon / Weds / Weekends) position at Clean Simple Eats?
At CSE, we're all about creating a positive and personalized customer experience. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic remote Customer Experience Associate to join our team part-time and deliver exceptional service to our CSE Squad. This position requires availability to work at least 15 hours per week. The schedule will include at least 5 hours each on Mondays, Wednesdays, and over the weekend, and may require some holidays.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customers with personalized, accurate, timely, and empathetic support via social media, email, and live chat (no phone calls)
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty, while maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times
- Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on our products, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution rates
Qualifications :
Salary : $18-20 per hour
Location : Remote, Utah preferred
