Clean Slate Waxing Lounge is locally owned and operated by Marilyn Landes, RN, LA, with over 19 years of experience herself. Our Austin location opened in 2016 and from there we have been doing nothing but growing. We are now happy to say that we expanded to Georgetown, TX in early 2022. At Clean Slate we always pride ourselves on our tranquil, modern and professional atmosphere offering not only waxing but, skincare, lash & brow services, natural nails, massage services and more, for everyone to try and love. We do this by providing the utmost quality of products, from fabulous brands such as natural, cruelty free Farmhouse Fresh to the well known clinical grade Image Skincare and PCA Skin. We uphold ourselves to the highest of standards by incorporating proper sterilization techniques and cleanliness to ensure our client’s safety, that being said we NEVER double dip.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. Your expertise and attention to detail will help enhance the natural beauty of our clients' lashes, leaving them feeling confident and satisfied.
```Duties```
- Apply individual eyelash extensions using various techniques
- Customize lash extensions based on client preferences and natural lash condition
- Provide recommendations for lash styles and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and desired outcomes
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products
```Qualifications```
- Valid certification in eyelash extensions or related field
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different lash extension techniques and styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using lash application tools and equipment
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
*Hourly rate when not in service the 1st 90 days and then commission only after 90 days*
