This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B SaaS Customer Payroll Support Representative located in Provo, UT. The representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, troubleshooting payroll issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Has geniune appreciation for hard-working janitors
- Previous experience in SaaS customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Experience with payroll systems a plus (but we can provide training)
- Spanish speaker a plus!
- Ability to build rapport with clients
