The Car Wash Crew Member is responsible for providing our customers with a high-quality car wash and top tier customer service. The ideal candidate will promote a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Engage in conversation with customers and employees in a professional TEAM environment

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and handle vehicles with extreme care

• Work quickly with a sense of urgency

• Execute frequent inspections of wash grounds to maintain cleanliness

• Perform and assist with machinery and equipment cleaning

• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and vending equipment

• Follow all Clean Start Express safety procedures and policies

• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by management

The general requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Being active and on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Previous retail, customer-service, and/or carwash experience a plus

• Taking pride in your work and paying attention to detail

• Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Shifts may range between 8-10hrs depending on wash needs

• Able to occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch

• Has reliable transportation

• Report for shift on time, dressed in proper uniform, and ready to go to work at vacuum, detail, and production services.

• Work outside in varying temperatures and conditions

• Work on your feet for extended periods of time

Available Hours: 7AM – 9PM

The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to water.

Employees who typically do well in this role have prior experience in general labor, working outdoors, landscaping, team sports, construction, guest service, tire shops, busing or serving, car dealerships, military service, and auto shops.
