Residential Housekeeping Supervisor Position
Job Overview: Clean Suite is seeking an experienced Residential Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in directing and administering housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, product quality, and outstanding guest service. Following are some tasks but not limited to
- Responsibilities:
- Training new staff on various aspects of the job, including service differences, application usage, chemical handling, independent work, communication, and equipment maintenance.
- Conducting inspections of staff cleans, coaching and motivating staff, and tracking worker feedback.
- Managing supplies, including ensuring staff are well-equipped, communicating with staff and vendors, and answering questions in a timely manner.
- Learning vendor management systems and assisting with reports such as the OPS dashboard and exception reports.
- Assisting in maintaining staff efficiency, completing end-of-day reports, and covering manager days off.
- Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation and a working mobile device for digital applications.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Basic English speaking and writing is required
- Must have 3 years of cleaning experience and 2 years of supervisor experience.
