Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at various client locations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to established standards and cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time at client sites, perform cleaning duties as per guidelines, and securely lock the facility upon completion.
- Carry out cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, polishing woodwork, wiping surfaces, scrubbing toilets, and washing windows.
- Replenish paper products and dispensers, including paper towels, toilet paper, and seat covers.
- Replace mop heads and vacuum bags when needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met.
- Notify the Area Supervisor or Manager when additional cleaning supplies are required.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns like frayed carpets, unstable tables, or plumbing issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning products and incident reporting.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Capability to lift up to 20 pounds for short durations.
- Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
